Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are only applicable to ‘physical products’ as these are made and sent out to you.

‘Digital downloads’ are sent to you by email and therefore do not incur a delivery fee.

Each product will clearly state if it is a ‘digital download’ or ‘physical product’. You may also be given the choice of which you’d like to order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are dependant upon the size of the product being ordered as well as where the order is being sent to.

Every product has the size clearly stated for your reference.

The delivery fees are:

Items  being shipped within NZ

Large Items (A4 Size) :  £4.25 / $8.50
Medium Items (A5 Size) : £2.50 / $5.00
Small Items (A6 Size) : £1.50 / $3.00

Items  being shipped to the rest of the world

Large Items (A4 Size) :  £5.25 / $10.50
Medium Items (A5 Size) : £3.50 / $7.00
Small Items (A6 Size) : £2.00 / $4.00

Where do you deliver to?

Currently all ‘physical products’ are shipped to anywhere in the world!

How long will my order take?

Time to receive order = processing time + delivery time

The processing time takes up to 3 working days. This means your order will be made within this timeframe.

The delivery timescales are:

Items  being shipped within NZ

From when the order is posted, the delivery is typically received within 3 working days.

Items  being shipped to the rest of the World

From when the order is posted, the delivery is typically received within 3 – 10 working days.

What currency are the product prices in?

All products on this website are either available with a New Zealand Dollar price or Great British Pound Price.

You can choose to change the currency by selecting the corresponding flag symbol at the bottom of the page.

Where are the items sent from?

All items are made and dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the products, all personalised items are non-refundable. However, if your order contains a mistake that isn’t in the order mock-up* then a new item will be provided.

All non-personalised items are refundable**. The item must be returned*** as new and in it’s original packagaing within 21 days of being received.

* Before completing the order, each personalised item is sent to the customer by email to obtain customer approval.
** Postage fees are non-refundable.
*** Unique & Personalised are not responsible for the fees to return the item.

How will i know what my order will look like?

Before completing the order, each personalised item is sent to the customer by email to obtain customer approval.

The product images on the website are also an accurate reflection of the product you are ordering.
